You will have your Wedding Contract which details all aspects of your wedding, including guest numbers and minimum spend. Your Wedding Run Sheet is the work in progress ... we will both be working on this in the lead up to your wedding to confirm every aspect of your wedding. When an update is made to your Wedding Run Sheet, you will receive an email with a link to approve the changes that have been made.

At any time through the planning process, if you have any new information to add in please send us an email with those details so that the Wedding Run Sheet is always up to date.

Floor Plans
Below is the standard floor plan for your chosen function room. The template shows the maximum number of tables that fit into each function room. The table numbers will remain as they are and food service is conducted in number order of tables. The guest tables seat up to 10 people per table, but 8 is most comfortable.

Our Jacaranda wedding package includes your marriage celebrant and arbour. For all other wedding packages, both the celebrant and arbour is an additional charge.
Canape Hour
Canape hour include Chef selection of canapes served to your guest while you are having your wedding photos around the property. ​Why not add a little fun to your canape hour with a live musician, an audio guest book, lawn games and our Prosecco cart!

Wedding Menu
Our in-house, award-winning, catering team is dedicated to crafting seasonal wedding menus that reflect the unique tastes and talents of our team. Our current menu showcases a delightful array of options.
You are invited to attend a wedding menu tasting, however you may choose not. The menu tasting is designed to enable you to sample our Executive Chef's signature menu which contains three options from each course. The tasting menu is designed to share. To ensure a memorable experience, we recommend booking your menu tasting -3 months prior to your wedding.
