Below is a range of information that will assist in planning your wedding. You can refer to this information to answer any questions you may have or give our Events Team a call... we love a chat!

You will have your Wedding Contract which details all aspects of your wedding, including guest numbers and minimum spend. Your Wedding Run Sheet is the work in progress ... we will both be working on this in the lead up to your wedding to confirm every aspect of your wedding. When an update is made to your Wedding Run Sheet, you will receive an email with a link to approve the changes that have been made.

At any time through the planning process, if you have any new information to add in please send us an email with those details so that the Wedding Run Sheet is always up to date.

Wedding Planning

Planning your Gledswood wedding will be an enjoyable and stress-free experience. With a beautiful setting and a dedicated team assist you, every detail will be taken care of, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love.

From selecting the perfect space to coordinating with vendors, the process is designed to be seamless and enjoyable.

We will work with you to create your dream wedding at Gledswood, where every moment is thoughtfully just for you.

Your Wedding Package

Your wedding package clearly outlines all that is included and as we go through the planning process and the amount of information increases, the details can sometimes be forgotten. For that reason, you can review your package inclusions here now...

Floor Plans

Below is the standard floor plan for your chosen function room. The template shows the maximum number of tables that fit into each function room. The table numbers will remain as they are and food service is conducted in number order of tables. The guest tables seat up to 10 people per table, but 8 is most comfortable.

Guest Numbers

Your final guest numbers will be required four weeks prior to your wedding date. Your Wedding Contract will have a minimum adult requirement that you have committed to. You can increase these numbers if needed. When doing your final count, please include yourselves in the numbers.

The breakdown of guests is as below:

Adults - aged 18 years +

Teens - aged 13-17 years

Children - 4 - 12 years

Babies - 0-3 years

You will have received an email with a link to submit your guest numbers. If you can't locate the link (it was in the Welcome Email), let us know and we'll resend it.

Please include guest dietary requirements at the time of completing the guest numbers. When using the link, if a person does not have a dietary requirement, leave the field blank.

Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony (if you have included it) includes guest seating for 40 guests plus signing table and chairs, set up on your preferred lawn. You are welcome to arrange a stylist/florist to decorate your ceremony. We allow one hour for your ceremony.

Additionally, we offer a stunning range of arbors available for hire, perfect creating a beautiful backdrop for your vows Let us help make your celebration memorable with the right celebrant and the perfect setting.

If you are thinking of having confetti, flower petals or any other natural product (dried leaves, etc) can be used. Paper, fabric petals or biodegradable confetti is not permitted. A clean up fee will be charged if non-permitted products are used.

Canape Hour

Canape hour follows your wedding ceremony, and includes Chef selection of canapes served to your guest while you are having your wedding photos around the property. Depending on your wedding package, a glass of sparkling wine per person is served upon arrival to canape hour (not applicable to Grey Gum wedding). For all other beverages during this time, you can arrange a bar tab or guests can purchase their own drinks.

Personalise canape hour with a live musician, an audio guest book, lawn games, champagne tower and our Prosecco cart!

The Peppertree wedding package includes a live musician during canape hour.

Wedding Reception

Each of our celebrants is dedicated to crafting personalized ceremonies that reflect your unique love story. Additionally, we offer a stunning range of arbors available for hire, perfect creating a beautiful backdrop for your vows Let us help make your celebration memorable with the right celebrant and the perfect setting.

Our Jacaranda wedding package includes your marriage celebrant and arbour. For all other wedding packages, both the celebrant and arbour is an additional charge.

Wedding Menu

Our in-house, award-winning, catering team is dedicated to crafting seasonal wedding menus that reflect the unique tastes and talents of our team. Our current menu showcases a delightful array of options.

You are invited to attend a wedding menu tasting, however you may choose not. The menu tasting is designed to enable you to sample our Executive Chef's signature menu which contains three options from each course. The tasting menu is designed to share. To ensure a memorable experience, we recommend booking your menu tasting -3 months prior to your wedding.
