We kindly request two options for each category, as our vendors are not exclusive to Gledswood and may be booked by others. The earlier we begin this process, the greater the likelihood of securing your desired.

A ceremony arbour is included in your wedding package. Let us know your preference from the options above, or if your stylist
is providing the arbour, select no arbour in the form below.
Your selected Wedding Photographer will be confirmed and will provide six hours of coverage at Gledswood. You have the option to extend this, with any additional services to be confirmed and paid directly to the photographer. Additionally, all our photographers are available to provide videography services for an extra fee.
The Jacaranda Wedding Package includes a two tier wedding cake. You can upgrade your cake at an additional charge if you wish. Your wedding cake will include a cake stand which will sit on the wine barrel. The cake is supplied with the buttercream finish of your choice (no florals or cake topper included)
Your canape hour musician is typically confirmed 4 months prior to your wedding date. During canape hour, they perform their choice of songs so you don't need to think about that. While they are a one-hour inclusion in your package, there is the opportunity to extend their services. If you are thinking of extending their services (to cover ceremony & or reception), it is best to decide that as early as possible and let us know.
