Friday Night Dinner

Gledswood is open for dinner of a Friday night from 6:00pm until 10:00pm. Bookings are essential and can be made via the link below.

We do require a deposit of $50.00 per person to secure your booking and this is deducted from your final bill.

Chicken breast, potato cream, mushroom mélange, corn rib, crisp chicken skin, black garlic & jus (GF)

Confit pork belly, corn puree, braised red cabbage, compressed apple & jus (GF)

Crumbed crab cake, grilled prawn, pickled fennel, gribiche & Kewpie mayonnaise

Twice baked cheese souffle, fig jam, pickled vegetables & lavosh (V)

Zucchini fritters, smoked scamorza, truffle aioli & mustard cress (V)

Vanilla burrata, heirloom cherry tomatoes & black garlic & sourdough (V, GF option)

Tomato & onion braised osso bucco, creamy parmesan & herb polenta & broccolini

Chicken breast, potato gratin, broccolini, pea tendril & jus (GF)

Maple glazed braised beef short rib, crumbed pickled carrot, asparagus, potato puree & watercress puree (GF)

Crispy skinned barramundi with pomelo & green papaya salad, prawn croquette & mango puree 

Slow roasted lamb shoulder, celeriac puree, pan-fried pumpkin spaetzle & buttered sprouts

Oven roasted Japanese eggplant, ratatouille & tomato fondue (V)
