Our winter dining experience offers a uniquely charming & intimate dining experience, blending the rustic allure of outdoor settings with the comfort of sheltered spaces. Your winter dining experience of the cozy confines of a spacious bell tent, adorned with soft lighting and elegant décor awaits you.  Indulge in a culinary journey that celebrates both nature and gastronomy. The ambiance is serene, with the gentle rustle of the canvas and the fragrance of fresh air infusing every bite with an extra touch of delight.

Crumbed snow crab cake with grilled prawn, pickled fennel, and kewpie mayo

Zucchini fritters with smoked scormoza, truffle aioli and mustard cress

Hoi sin glazed pork belly, julienne vegetable, mango & sesame

Ricotta gnocchi with cherry tomatoes, green olive & basil

 

Main

Tomato & onion braised osso bucco, creamy parmesan, herbed polenta & broccolini

Confit pork belly with swede puree, tomato & corn salsa, braised leek, king prawn and light jus

Oven roasted barramundi with shaved fennel, dill & pomegranate salad, Hollondaise sauce & grilled lemon

Chicken breast with potato gratin, broccolini and pea tendrils

 

Dessert

Sticky date pudding with caramel drizzle

Flourless chocolate cake with raspberry coulis, chantilly cream & fresh berries

Warm apple & frangipane flan with cinnamon maple, vanilla bean ice cream & persian fairy floss

Caramelised pineapple pavlova, whipped coconut, mango sorbet, wild rice and cashews
