Party spaces:

Your party table will be set up indoors - either shearing shed or Hennery Barn. 

Parties may also be held in the Cask Room - subject to availability

Party games will be held on the outdoor lawn areas - weather permitting

Remember, you are booking professionals to host your party -
we've got all bases covered!

Example of how the party will run:

10.00am Party host will greet you as you arrive to party area

(party table set for your nominated number of guests)

10.15am party activities commence

11.15am - Party food served to party guests

11.45am - Time for you to light the candles on your birthday cake (if you are providing one)

12.00pm - party ends

10:00am,  12:30pm,  3:00pm

Price:

$500.00 ~ party for 14 children.

* Minimum party size is 14 children. Additional children $35.00/child
(Maximum 30 children per party)

You are welcome to bring a birthday cake & balloons.

Access to your party area will be available 10 minutes prior to party starting time.

 All guests will be asked to leave party area at party end time to allow for other parties to commence

Guests can relocate to the cellar door area following the party

NO other external food can be brought into the venue.

Catering for adults can be ordered at the cellar door

Each party must have two parents in attendance at all times.

The party host is included in your booking.  Any additional add on party entertainment or petting zoo are supplied by registered preferred suppliers of Gledswood Events Pty Ltd

CELLAR DOOR OPEN 

Our cellar door will be open on Sundays from 10:00am - 3:00pm for parents to order foord. 

Coffee & food will be available for purchase for parents 

 Food & drinks purchased at cellar door cannot be taken to party area.

Terms and Conditions;
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. You may change dates any time up to 14 days before the day of the party and your payment will be applied to the new date. We provide tables and chairs for each party guest only. Parents are welcome to utilise the facilities at the cellar door during the party.  Two parents must be in attedance in the party area for the duration of the party.  Should you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days notice for a full refund.  Any cancellation received within 48 hours of party date will forfeit all money paid.
