Gledswood Wedding Menu ~ enjoy a three course meal with wines to experience the quality and styles of meals available for your wedding day. What better way to spend Valentine's Day than dinner with your love, at your wedding venue! Bookings are essential. Limited spots available.

Entree, served alternate serve
Prawn cocktail with mairie rose, cornichon, pearl onion, wonton, & baby gem lettuce
Spinach & ricotta rotolo with semi dried tomato, mushroom & parmesan
Mains, served alternate serve
14 hour tomato braised beef cheek with parsnip mash, seasonal vegetables and pan juices
Serrano wrapped chicken & Brie with onion soubise, marjoram, baby root vegetables & sauce bourginoun
Dessert, served to dessert station
