• Oven roasted barramundi with shaved fennel, dill & pomegranate salad, Hollandaise sauce & grilled lemon
• Corn fed chicken breast with warm potato & bocconcini salad, potato fondant, crispy pancetta & basil
• Tomato & onion braised osso bucco, creamy parmesan, herbed polenta & broccolini

Dessert

• Caramelised pineapple pavlova with whipped coconut and mango sorbet
• French lemon curd tart with meringue & berry compote
• Warm chocolate pudding with double cream
