Mother's Day Bottomless Prosecco Brunch - Fully Booked

Gledswood Bottomless Prosecco Brunch ... the perfect treat for your Mum this Mother's Day.  For those who don't drink, we have Buds & Beads sparkling tea as a delightful non-alcoholic option.

The bottomless prosecco will flow freely for two hours during brunch and the menu is below.  We will cater for dietary requirements where we are notified prior to the event date.

Shared Entree

• Beef carpaccio with truffle, rocket, pear & parmesan salad topped with crostini
• Cold seafood plate with fresh king prawns, Sydney rock oysters, smoked salmon with celeariac remolard

Individual Mains (alternate serve)

• Chicken ballantine stuffed with ricotta & semi dried tomatoes wrapped in proscuitto with baby vegetables & light jus
• Black Angus eye fillet with buttered sprouts, speck and gremolata, porcini cream & jus

Shared Dessert Stand

• Chocolate fondant with ice cream and berries
• Vanilla bean pannacotta with strawberry and pistacchio biscotti
• Chocolate dipped strawberries with fresh cream & chewy chocolate biscuit bite

The venue will have other Mother's Day events happening at the Cellar Door and guests attending the Bottomless Prosecco Brunch are welcome to relocate to the cellar door following brunch.
