Delete your Gledswood Wedding Planning account

Effective Date: 15 July 2026

 

We respect your right to remove your personal information from our systems at any time.

 

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Open the Gledswood Wedding Planning app on your phone

2. Tap the More tab (bottom-right)

3. Scroll to the ACCOUNT section

4. Tap Delete Account

5. Type DELETE and re-enter your password to confirm

6. Your account and all associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted

 

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app required)

Email events@gledswood.com.au from the email address associated with your Gledswood Wedding Planning account. Use the subject line:

 

Delete My Wedding Planning App Account

Please include your full name and wedding date so we can locate the account. We will action your request within 7 days and confirm by email once complete.

What will be deleted

• Your account (email, name, communication preferences)

• Your wedding event, journey plan and confirmations

• Menu, drinks, ceremony and floor-plan selections

• Guest list and dietary requirements

• Uploaded mood-board images and documents

• Supplier contacts and bookings you added

• Invoices linked to your account

 

What may be retained

We may retain the following records where required by Australian law, tax obligations or legitimate business purposes:

• Invoices and payment records (for up to 7 years, as required by the Australian Tax Office)

• Signed contracts (for the length of any applicable statutory period)

Retained records are stored securely and are not accessible via the app.
