Magic of Christmas is our final public event for 2023. It is a family Christmas event that attracts approximately 2,000 people.

We are looking to partner with likeminded local businesses who can help up build on this fabulous event.
Food Trucks
Have a food truck? Want to be part of the event?
​
We are taking expressions of interest for food trucks to attend the event. We limit one food truck per cuisine. To be considered for the event, you will need to provide evidence of Food Safety Certificate & Public Liability Insurance Certificate.

Once your expression of interest is received, we will be in contact to discuss the event further. All food trucks who are confirmed to attend are asked to promote the event on their social media channels to reach a greater audience.

Fee to attend: $200.00 per food truck
Bump in: From 12.00pm on 23/12/2023
Bump out: From 8.30pm on 23/12/2023

Musicians
Our line up of musicians consists of solo acts, duos and 4 piece bands. Musicians who join our line up are required to perform Christmas songs during their sets. The sets can also include musicians regular music.
​
Each set is 45-50 minutes. Stage area is 4m x 6.5m
Sound/PA system is supplied.

Musician timeslots:
4.00pm, 5.00pm, 6.00pm, 7.00pm, 8.15pm

The event is advertised as a family Christmas event & families attend the event expecting Christmas Carols so it is necessary for each musican to perform a range of Christmas songs. We will ask for your list of Christmas songs so that there isn't a repeat of the same songs from each musician.
